Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimetres (mm) and use the measurement table below to match the measured diameter with the nearest size in mm given in the second column. If the size is between two numbers in the table below, always choose the larger size.

Take a tape measure and wrap it around the thickest point of your finger, then compare the measurement obtained with the table below (circumference). If you do not have a tape measure, you can do the same with a strip of paper. Once rolled around your finger, take the mark with a pen. Unroll the strip, take the measurement with a ruler and find your size by consulting the last column of the table.

Two tips to obtain the best fitting measurements: 1. Make sure the tape measure or strip of paper is not too tight, it should fit snugly, without marking. 2. Try to measure your fingers towards the evening, because throughout the day their size changes. In the morning the rings fit wider, right at midday, very tight in the evening.
