What are our standard shipping costs and times?
Forme di Lucchetta jewellery is always shipped free of charge.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24/48 working hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding public and national holidays. During Christmas season (from 15 December to 8 January) and during the month of August, order processing times may be subject to minor delays, of which account will be given beforehand on the home page of our website and/or by specific notice from our Customer Service.
Lucchetta Armando S.r.l. will appoint its courier of choice, to deliver the purchased products to the address indicated at the time of your order, as specified in the order confirmation e-mail.
Delivery to the specified address is expected within 2-5 working days from you order date.
We guarantee that all the goods leaving our premises are thoroughly checked and are handed over to the forwarding agent intact and without defects. Lucchetta Armando S.r.l. cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays or damage imputable to the fault of the forwarding agent or caused by circumstances beyond Lucchetta Armando S.r.l.’s control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, extraordinary traffic conditions etc.).
Lucchetta Armando S.r.l. will nevertheless commit to resolve any dispute that may arise due to malfunctions/damage occurring during transport and will do everything in its power to meet your requirements.
Should you, for whatever reason, refuse to accept the delivery by turning down the package, Lucchetta Armando S.r.l. will charge you the cost for the return shipment.
