    • No. All Forme di Lucchetta jewels sold on Amazon are finished products already stocked in Amazon's logistics warehouses, ready for immediate shipment.
    • Before purchase: It is not possible to request engravings, size changes, or design modifications.
    • After purchase: We do not perform post-sale customizations. If you wish to size a ring or engrave a date, we recommend you contact your trusted local goldsmith's workshop, who can easily work on our gold and silver products.
  • Does the jewel arrive with gift packaging? Absolutely yes. All our jewels are accompanied by an elegant gift box and a warranty certificate, ready to be given as a gift.
  • Are the jewels real gold or silver? Yes. All Forme di Lucchetta jewels are made of authentic precious metals (9kt/14kt/18kt Gold or 925 Silver) and bear the legal hallmark of authenticity stamped on the item.
  • How can I take care of my jewel? To maintain its brilliance, avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, and aggressive chemical agents. We recommend cleaning the jewel periodically with a soft, dry cloth.
